Cinderella is a professional, non-surgical aesthetic clinic based in Vancouver. Synic Software was proud to be able to create an entire schedule and patient management system, customized to their needs.


Before this application, our client used a prebuilt customer relationship management (CRM) software. They had minimal control over the functionalities, which led them to wanting their own customized CRM software. Not only did the older model put extra pressure on administration, it took away from the most crucial aspect of clinic work; client experience.


In this particular instance, developing an entire system within the budget as prescribed was the greatest obstacle. It was a balancing act between managing expenditure while also developing an optimal product catering to objectives. Other challenges included determining which functions were absolutely necessary for the customized app.


One system to handle patient management and scheduling throughout the business. This would be in line with their branding and streamlined with only the features that could deliver benefits to Cinderella. We built out several options based on their objectives, including the projected results and expenditure. Working with the client to identify key priorities, a decision was then made as to the best course of action.


Having a clear flow with a design aligned with Cinderella’s branding was our focus. We wanted it to be complementary to the work clinicians and admin do, rather than detracting. The last thing the business needed was further complication of user information; immediacy was key.


This application features two different interfaces - the owner view and the technician view. Created for iOS, it runs on all Apple devices. The system was customized to target Cinderella’s opportunities for growth.

There are a lot of cool features we fell in love with here. Automatically generated stock lists, shipment records and order history. The system also helps identify purchase trends and capitalize on demand through targeted marketing campaigns. Inventory can be grouped and organized into subcategories, plus clients can put their products and services into prepaid package selections. The technician interface means intuitive service for clinicians. They can record notes during treatment, view history and deduct consumables used during the session.
