Role Description

Focused on the overall success of our diverse ventures, the Project Manager is an essential part of goal execution. Creatively leading and supporting projects from concept to completion, this role interprets and defines objectives, working within an Agile framework for real-time evolution. The Project Manager maintains relationships with stakeholders and effectively manages risk. At Synic, this role demands a working understanding of software to effectively communicate within a collaborative team.


  • Define objectives and scope for in-house and commissioned ventures and projects
  • Generate timelines and milestones for success
  • Meet with and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Risk Definition and Management
  • Work within an Agile Framework
  • Evaluate project success margins following completion

Experience & Skills

  • CAPM, PMP or equivalent certification and experience
  • 2 - 5 years project management experience
  • 1 - 3 years software experience
  • Agile Certified Practitioner or demonstrable experience leading within an Agile Framework
  • Proficient with Google Drive and Docs, Trello and
