Drive CX is a Customer Experience Management platform for hospitality and retail business owners who want to build loyalty, improve retention, and grow sales. We developed and integrated a subscription management module for the Drive CX to streamline the customer onboarding process which includes payment processing and a strong focus on customer experience.
We created important functions such as monthly and annual recurring billing, subscription management including support for optional add-ons, invoicing, and access permission management for pre-existing features. We also included advanced reporting and analytics for Drive CX's team to access whenever they wanted.
Custom Web Application Development
Our solution was to build a tailor-made subscription management web application that would integrate seamlessly with Drive CX’s complex $3M pre-existing software systems and hardware devices that was steadily built over the past 3 years.
Our good project management, flexibility processes and technical expertise made the tight project delivery schedule possible, even when with a complex project structure as 3 software vendors took part in it.

This project followed our typical development process:
- Scope planning with the client and the other vendors who participated in the project.
- Some wireframing work was then completed.
- Design –our core focus here was usability, we had to be cautious with the client’s brand consistency.
- Coding, Testing and customer sign-off followed a recurring cycle until final project delivery happened.
